I use Tyvek 1443r, which is made by Dupont™ and feels like a soft fabric, but with a slight noise (see the video!) 
Ultralight campers prefer Tyvek due to its light weight. I triple reinforce the tie out points with Tyvek tape, and also include some in the bag for any repairs, included in the price. They are around a third to a half lighter than my standard footprints. One of my customers also likes it as it is easier to spot ticks and other critters on because it’s white!
 
They start at £40 including postage for small vestibule coverage. It entirely depends on the amount of material, complexity and time it takes me to construct them.
 
Metal mitten clips are available at a cost of just £3 for the whole set. The plastic toggles and clips are included in the price as standard. They're more robust but about 2 g heavier.
 
They are all custom made, but I aim to have them with you from order to arrival 7-10 working days.
 
I can make them just for the vestibule, just the tent inner, the inner plus one vestibule, or the whole thing, entirely up to you. 
Tie out design is also customisable- toggles, shock cord loops, webbing loops or none. Toggles are useful for attaching permanently to the inner for fast pitching. I also have clips if you’d prefer to use clips to attach, just drop me a line.
 
I can also put in a spares kit for an extra £5. The spares kit includes Tyvek, shock cord, paracord, webbing strap and spare attachments etc. Please select it from the drop down menu.
 
All the footprints prices in the drop down list below are for the full footprint, which includes ALL vestibules AND the inner tent. They all come with a storage bag unless you request not. 
Let me know if you’d like a different set up for your footprint- perhaps covering just the inner, or even inner and one vestibule if it has two. 
It doesn't have any unsightly printing on it like a lot of 'house wrap' Tyvek from building suppliers. Being made from HDPE it is also recyclable at the end of its lifespan. 
I’ve added a short film to answer any questions about the level of crinkly noise it makes! I’m told that washing it in the washing machine can make it even quieter, but please do that at your own risk!
 
Please note that I do not make footprints for larger family/campsite palace tents…!
